Achievements
During my time on the Disney College Program, I have learned guest service skills, the ability to think on my feet, and the operation of Lilo, Disney's resort reservation system. I have also been awarded a Four Keys Fanatic card for courtesy, which acknowledges Cast Members who go above and beyond on the line of duty. I was also runner trained, which means that, in addition to working the front desk, I am also able to serve as the resort dispatch facilitator, in which I deliver items to rooms and help people who have been locked out of their rooms.
